Men’s Health Week.
I only recently learned to walk, but I'm putting it to good use,
My Name is Alfie. I am 1 years old. My Dad and Granddad have both had Prostate Cancer. And lots and lots of other men get Prostate Cancer too.
My Dad says we should do what we can to help other people. And even though I'm very new to this walking thing, I love it.
That’s why, this Men’s Health Week, I’m making every step little count.

Thursday 13th Jun Managed to squeeze in a solid 200m in between the grind of daycare commitments and daily chore of tipping all the dry food out of the dog’s bowl. Share
